Key Sets are used as a cube recipe to summon the bosses who drop the required organs to access Uber Tristram which involves then fighting the games three main bosses at once in an extremely more powerful form!

The rewards are sweet for those who can, as the final boss killed will drop a Hellfire Torch

3 full keysets are required to get all of the organs necessary and there are 3 key varieties which are:

- Key of Terror (Drops from Countess in Act 1)
- Key of Hate (Drops From Summoner in Act 2)
- Key of Destruction (Drops from Nihlathak in Act 3)
